The more complex the better
Transforming complex challenges into simple products is what I like most about my job. I developed a desktop application for customer service center employees, which made it possible to help customers by telephone without the need of any upfront training. I also developed an application for fleet managers, which made it very easy for fleet managers to manage their fleet, assign third parties to repair or collect cars and optimize utilization of the fleet. I loved working on these assignments. The more complex the assignment, the better!
